Shipping Policy - the basics

Our trusted partner in refrigerated delivery ensures our beef reaches our customers in excellent condition and on time. All beef orders are delivered in a refrigerated truck, fresh and cryovaced.

 

After your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email. 

This does not include the shipping time. You will receive a text message notification the day before your order arrives with an approximate time of delivery and another text message after it has been delivered.

All refrigerated beef is delivered FOC, if you would like to collect your beef please send us an email and we can arrange.

Food safety features 

  • Wi-Fi Data Loggers in the refrigerated van and cool room protect your temperature-sensitive goods by recording temperatures every 15 minutes. ANY variation outside the required temperature parameters sends an alarm immediately to the company directors.

  • Refrigerated vans are certified by PrimeSafe and compliant with all government standards and guidelines including regular inspections.
