Five generations in the making
Our story begins over five generations ago. For decades, our family has raised cattle and grown potatoes on the same rich volcanic soils just outside of Daylesford—passing down knowledge, care, and tradition from one generation to the next.

The paddock-to-plate began as a humble family tradition—sharing homegrown beef barbecued by the dam on the edge of the Wombat State Forest—has now grown into something bigger.
Encouraged by the support of friends and the growing demand for honest, high-quality meat, we decided to share our paddock-to-plate beef beyond our family.

Today, with multiple generations living and working together on the farm, we are proud to offer the same premium beef our family enjoys to families across Victoria.

Step 3 - Refridgerated delivery to your door
Delivered fresh to your door in a refrigerated truck. Your order is packed with care and delivered promptly to ensure freshness. We will let you konw exactly when to expect delivery.
