What if I'm not happy with the beef?

If you're not 100% happy with the beef you receive, we will offer you 100% of your money back.  Please reach out via email.

Is the beef fresh?

Yes, all beef is delivered fresh, packaged in cryovac bags.  Each cut is labelled and can be stored in your fridge for up to 4 weeks or frozen straight away.  Cuts with bones will need to be frozen or eaten within 4 days.

How do I cook these cuts I have received?

Please refer to our recipe page or contact us and we'll be happy to recommend some of our favourite recipes.
