What you can expect in your 10kg beef box:  
 
Premium Steaks (a selection of T-bone, Scotch, Eye fillet, Porterhouse, Rib eye, Rump) - approx 1.5kg
 
Slow Cook & other cuts (a selection BBQ Steak, Osso Bucco, Brisket, Diced Beef, Beef Strips, Ribs) - approx 3kg  
 
Premium Mince - 4kg (1kg packs) 
 
Sausages - 2 packs of 6 - Total approx 1.5kg (gluten free with natural skins)
